Warranties:
All new product is warrantied by the manufacturer for varying periods. In most instances the type and length of warranty is referenced in the item page. Used, open carton and refurbished items do not include a warranty unless specifically mentioned.
Our Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and return it within 3 days of the shipping date. We urge you to check your order after receiving it to be sure that it is in proper working order. Items which are not normally stocked ("Special Orders", discontinued products, close-outs, certain used products, etc.) may possibly be non-returnable. Returned items must be in resalable condition. Resalable Condition means that the product(s) is exactly in the same condition as you received it. All exchanges must be pre-paid, returned in original packaging, with blank warranty cards, manuals, etc. and show no signs of wear or damage. If the product is not in the same condition as when you originally received it, you may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and instructions before returning any items. Upon receipt of the returned product the item will be replaced if possible or credit will be issued according to your payment method. If any product is damaged in shipping, please address the issue promptly with the delivering carrier. We are unable to accept any returns if any of the contents or packaging appears damaged in any way as this violates our contracts with our delivering carriers. We can assist in UPS or FedEx claim filing if necessary.
